About the role

Based at Gosnells, you will oversee the daily operations, provide leadership to the team and deliver continuous improvement.

Managing all aspects of the quarry including drill and blast, load and haul, stockpiling, maintenance along with plant utilisation.

Further this this you will assist with monitoring financial performance, forecasting demand and identifying growth opportunities.

Developing and implement community engagement plans, you will also need to build relationships across customer and supplier groups.

About you

Coming with experience in a similar role you will have a solid understanding of what it takes to run a successful production and maintenance regime.  

You appreciate the need for a business plan and understand the tools required to track and execute tasks to meet your objectives.

With an enterprising and strategic mindset, you will have well developed interpersonal skills including strong written communication and networking ability

Looking for someone who has a passion for implementing best practice you will be key in driving the quarry's capability and reputation in the local area.
