About the role

Based in Boulder, you will be responsible for both sales and operational areas throughout the Kalgoorlie Goldfields region while driving excellence across all sites and ensure our operations meet customer service requirements in the most efficient manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe system of work ensuring standards, guidelines and systems are applied
  • Ensure operations meet customer service requirements
  • Demonstrate effective leadership to ensure a highly motivated team
  • Maintain company plants and assets to be reliable and effectively utilised
  • Control costs in accordance with budgets and forecasts
  • Display effective leadership behaviours to ensure highly motivated teams.
  • Coach & mentor Project Managers, Production Supervisors and plant staff

About you

You will be an experienced leader within a construction related field, preferably in concrete looking for the next step in your management career.

Skills and experience:

  • A record of positive leadership across safety, operations and management
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering financial results
  • Adaptable to changing working environments and be able to make decisions under pressure.
  • A commitment to providing customer service excellence
  • Experience in SAP, Excel, Word, MS
