About the role
Reporting the Sales Support Team Leader Vic/SA, you will review the order process, identify and resolve specific customer orders, analysing root causes and working closely with key stakeholders implementing process to support error reduction. The role is accountable for undertaking value added activity to drive revenue and growth. You will support the external Sales Team and work closely with the Sales Administrator to ensure issues identified with pricing / products during the order review process, are captured and resolved prior to invoicing.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Investigate root causes pertaining to credit and debit notes, including accurate processing into SAP
- Manage and update quotations in SAP
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure key activities are meeting KPI's
- Manage multiple technology platforms, including Salesforce CRM and shared inboxes
- Facilitate resolution of customer issues, escalating where required to appropriate level within Holcim
- General reporting and administrative tasks as required by the business
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong customer service and support focus with the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
Experience and skills:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service position
- Strong administration skills with SAP and Salesforce experience
- Confident dealing with a range of people at different levels both internally and externally
- The ability to read and interpret data, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ability to manage time and plan effectively
- Strong written and oral skills
