About the role

This is a true business partnering role, integral to the success of our operations across our Concrete, Aggregates and Humes precast businesses.  Based in Sydney at our Norwest office the focus of this position is to provide support and advice to Managers on operational HR and industrial relations matters as well as implementation of company wide HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult and support Managers on operational HR and industrial relations matters
  • Support the in house recruitment team to source, develop and maintain talent
  • Development and implementation of management capability and succession planning
  • Ensure all processes, systems and tools are used effectively by the business

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a HR Professional within the construction, civil, mining or similar industry
  • Self motivated and autonomous
  • Well developed coaching and interpersonal skills
