About the role

Reporting to the National SHE System Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of multiple Safety, Health and Environment systems.

Further to this you will play a key support role to the wider business by conducting data analysis as required and generating relevant reports.

Duties and responsibilities:

• User maintenance, system training and ongoing support
• Generate a variety of regular and adhoc reports
• Provide both operational and system to support to the business
• Look for system improvements including engaging with the latest technologies

About you

To be successful you will need experience in a similar role focused on managing and improving SHE systems with a passion for continuous improvement.

With a working knowledge of SHE concepts and principles, you will be looking to build a long term career as a safety professional.

Further to this you will need:

• A strong systems background with the ability to solve problems
• Able to work with people at all levels of the organisation to achieve results
• Strong administration skills paired with good written and verbal communication
• Exposure to INX, Chemwatch, Damstra and/or other SHE systems an advantage
• Safety and Health auditing experience is an advantage
