About the role

Reporting to the National Human Resources Manager, this role will be based in Milton and cover concrete, aggregates and precsast operations across Queensland.

Working across multiple locations and teams, this role will have you implementing strategic plans within the business as well providing hands on support to managers on operational matters.

 To achieve this you will: 

• Facilitate an understanding of HR policies, processes and practices
• Participate in projects and develop of initiatives in line with the strategic plan
• Implement initiatives to increase engagement and retention of the workforce
• Provide coaching to managers and supervisors

About you

To be successful you will be an experienced Senior Business Partner/Advisor holding relevant qualifications with a good working knowledge of relevant legislation, trends and initiatives impacting the business.

Further to this you will also have:

• Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent analysis and problem solving ability
• A strong interest in systems and process improvement
• The ability to travel intra/interstate when required
